Origin Fractal is a Learning Experience Platform, the next-gen Learning Management System built for Extended Enterprise and Customer education. In a highly competitive space of Learning platforms, this product is focused on organizations that are leaning towards product evangelizing and customer success. Origin Fractal, a Saas platform, has just gone live in January 2019 and already has a few satisfied customers using the product. We are targeting a select segment and are looking for passionate, solutions-driven professional, who will work closely with other departments including Product Management, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate has to be experienced in identifying and prospecting new business, pitching and closing the deal.  The “sell-to” will be to the Customer Success/Sales organizations and not the HR/Training organizations. Experience in Cloud product or platform selling with some experience in Learning Management System selling will be desirable. Assistant Manager – Pre-Sales
Position Overview:
    To assist the Sales organization in scoping & acquiring new business from existing accounts & new clients and being the liaison between the sales team and the solution development / functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Extensively support Field & Inside Sales teams in all prospecting activities
  • Develop a sound understanding of all current / emerging design trends, technology innovation and industry best practices

Job Responsibilities:
  • The Visual Designer will be responsible for providing high level visual design solutions for eLearning content presentation and user interface design
  • He/she should be able to contribute to design process by conceptualizing and visualizing media based presentations and user interactions
  • Should be able to interact with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements clearly and closely interact with Instructional Manager, Graphics Manager and functional managers
